Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead to guide our engineering teams, drive system architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. You will bridge engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality output, long-term platform scalability, and disciplined execution across products such as SolvPro.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead system architecture and design decisions for scalable SaaS platforms
• Enforce clean code, modular architecture, and engineering best practices
• Drive backend, frontend, and API-first solutions
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and technical quality
• Guide teams on architectural patterns and standards

Team Leadership

• Mentor, guide, and grow engineering teams
• Conduct technical reviews and coaching sessions
• Support skill development and career growth of developers
• Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration

Platform, DevOps & Infrastructure Alignment

• Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control discipline
• Coordinate deployments across Ubuntu/Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and AWS environments
• Ensure Dev/Staging/Production environment separation
• Support CI/CD processes and release governance

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in software project or technical leadership roles
• Proven experience managing SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex system dependencies in multi-product environments

Technical & Process Knowledge

Delivery & Process

• Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, roadmapping, and release planning
• Risk management, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communication

Technical Awareness

• SaaS architecture fundamentals, API-first systems, and modular design
• Multi-tenant platforms
• Conceptual understanding of DevOps and CI/CD lifecycle

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
