ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works under the direction of the Business Services Manager in the Finance Division by leading and coordinating daily sourcing operations that drive value, reliability, and cost effectiveness. Leads day-to-day sourcing operations and ensures adherence to established standards, schedules, and procedures. Provides direction, technical guidance, and mentoring to Sourcing Coordinators and Specialists. Supports the Business Services Manager in developing sourcing strategies that promote fiscal responsibility, vendor reliability, and operational efficiency. Conducts supplier negotiations and assists in developing structured sourcing agreements and contracts. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to define specifications, service expectations, and quality requirements. Reviews vendor performance reports, scorecards, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Conducts benchmarking and market analyses to identify new sources, methods, and pricing trends. Utilizes ERP and analytical systems to track performance data and support strategic decision-making. Prepares summary reports and performance updates for leadership review.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: Requires the use of general office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, and telephones. Requires the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with managers and staff.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is primarily performed in an office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field and seven (7) years’ experience in sourcing, vendor management, or contract coordination; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar) required.
