Lead Supervision / Project Manager

We are looking a highly experienced Lead Supervision / Project Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams across design and construction phases.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Ensure adherence to Qatari regulations and international codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15-20 years of experience in engineering consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
• PMP Garde A certification is a must.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with Qatari construction laws and permitting processes.
