Lead - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

  • Institutional Engagement & Sourcing
    • Build and maintain relationships with universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and placement agencies.
    • Coordinate with government and private skill development programs for talent sourcing.
  • Program Execution
    • Implement and manage talent acquisition programs at regional and national levels.
    • Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and hackathons in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Process & Technology
    • Utilize recruitment platforms and CRM tools for candidate tracking and engagement.
    • Support automation and analytics initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between external institutions and internal training teams.
    • Ensure alignment of institutional partnerships with organizational hiring goals.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on program objectives.
    • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience: 8–12 years in talent acquisition, supply chain, or institutional partnerships, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and CRM tools.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
