Lead System Engineer(Oracle Netsuite)

· Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, laptops, and end-user hardware/software, ensuring reliability and security.

· Act as administrator for Oracle NetSuite (Finance & Procurement modules) — maintaining configurations, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and driving adoption.

· Implement cost-efficient improvements such as:

- Host-to-host integration between NetSuite and bank systems for payments and reconciliations.

- Smart scanning solutions for invoices, cheques, and other documents.

- Streamlining processes to reduce manual work and error risk.

· Support ongoing implementations and integrations (e.g., HRMS platforms, other enterprise applications).

· Work closely with leadership to capture business needs and translate them into practical IT solutions.

· Coordinate with external vendors for upgrades, integrations, and specialized support.

· Ensure IT governance, data security, and business continuity are maintained.

· Provide hands-on troubleshooting and user support, ensuring minimal downtime.
