Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our team at Great Start Child Development Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the center's operations and enhancing the educational experiences of our children. Your leadership will help shape our programs and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the center.
  • Support staff in implementing educational programs and curricula.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure quality care.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff members.
  • Engage with parents and families to promote involvement in their children's education.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in an educational or child care setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, parents, and children.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
