Lead Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Provide specialized instruction for children with unique needs, including those requiring special education or deaf education support.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to encourage collaboration in the educational process.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably as a Lead Teacher or similar role.
• Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
• Knowledge of toddler care principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with special education strategies and resources is a plus.
• Proficiency in literacy education techniques, particularly for early childhood learners.
• Understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
• Experience with learning technology tools that enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
