Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education

✅ What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead the daily operations of your assigned classroom (ages 6 weeks to 5 years)
✅ Create and implement lesson plans that support child development and school readiness
✅ Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides
✅ Engage children through age-appropriate play, learning, and nurturing interaction
✅ Build positive relationships with families through regular communication
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
✅ Ensure compliance with licensing standards, daily documentation, and safety protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
✅ Confidence in classroom leadership and curriculum planning
✅ Strong understanding of child development and positive discipline strategies
✅ High school diploma or GED required (CDA or ECE credits preferred)
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
✅ CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete prior to start)
✅ Must pass background check, TB test, and meet all health/safety requirements
✅ Monday–Friday availability (no weekends)
