Lead Teacher Pre-K

Job Summary
As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a stimulating and developmentally appropriate educational environment for children. You will be responsible for overseeing the classroom, implementing curriculum, and fostering a positive learning experience.

Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning needs
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies as needed

Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge of Montessori or other educational methodologies
- Previous experience working with children or students in an educational setting
- Background in childcare, special education, or related field is advantageous
- Strong classroom management skills to engage and educate students effectively
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
