The MNIT DCYF team supports critical systems and applications that ensure the welfare and development of Minnesota's children, youth, and families. Minnesota IT Services partnering with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (MNIT DCYF) is seeking a Lead Technical Services Liaison (TSL) to support and coordinate technology services across the agency. This position serves as the primary point of contact and escalation resource for technical issue resolution between MNIT and DCYF business partners.
As the Lead TSL, you will coordinate technology-related requests, manage hardware and software assets, facilitate meetings and communication between MNIT Enterprise and agency staff, and support the rollout of new tools and equipment. This role also plays a key part in improving workflows, ensuring service consistency, and fostering collaboration among technical teams, vendors, and procurement staff to maintain efficient and reliable technology operations.
This position requires an employee to be onsite at 444 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location. Telework for Minnesota IT Services is available on a limited basis. Employees will be required to meet current telework eligibility requirements.
Position requires a minimum of two (2) years of IT related experience in information technology performing technical support, customer service, or IT operations functions.
Experience must include:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or an IT related field substitutes for two (2) years of experience, OR an IT or related associate’s degree substitutes for one (1) year.
