Lead Technology Services Manager

FPG is representing a Tier-1 Systems Integration firm recognized for spearheading some of the UAE’s most high-profile Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity initiatives.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on overseeing the seamless delivery and post-implementation support of infrastructure, security, and middleware technology projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing complex IT environments, leading technical teams, and driving continuous service improvement across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software and technology solutions, including security and integration projects, across multiple vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle).
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams spanning technology solutions, middleware, and cybersecurity domains, overseeing approximately 100 employees , including direct reports from the PMO Head (40 staff) and Implementation Manager (60 staff).
• Take full ownership of the Services business within the Technology vertical, driving both technical excellence and operational performance.
• Define KPIs, track team performance, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement .
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEM vendors, aligning delivery with their evolving product capabilities and leveraging their support channels.
• Identify emerging technologies through OEM collaboration and drive internal enablement and adoption.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing delivery processes, implementing automation, and deploying tools to improve service delivery efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain cost control , effective resource planning, budget ownership, and P&L accountability.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical delivery and support issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, customer contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software delivery, technology solutions, and/or operations, with a proven track record of leading large delivery teams and successfully managing complex implementation projects.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ staff , including direct and dotted-line reports across multiple regions.
• Background in UAE based software delivery or implementation-focused organisations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams while driving business results .
• Proven experience in multi-vendor project delivery , vendor relationship management, and SLA/KPI oversight.
• Deep understanding of software development, implementation best practices, IT service delivery, and emerging technology trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen , including budget and P&L responsibility.
• UAE market experience preferred; regional knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Must be an Arabic or French speaker .
