Lead Toddler Teacher

St. John’s Learning Center is hiring a full-time lead toddler teacher. Applicants should be self-motivated, dependable, creative, have a team player mentality and have a passion for helping children reach their full potential. Lead Teacher job responsibilities include but are not limited to: plan and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans, provide appropriate care and supervision of children at all times, communicate with parents daily, maintain a clean and healthy environment for the children, and work cooperatively with other teachers in the classroom. Lead Teacher applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be of responsible character and suitable to meet the needs of children
• Have an Early Childhood educational background (minimum of CDA, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree)
• Have at least 1 year experience working in a child care setting

Criminal history background checks will be completed through the state of Michigan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.48 per hour
