Qualifications Include

  • 2 years professional experience in early childhood education, childcare operations or child development.
  • Must be Early childhood Teacher qualified by the State of Colorado (Group Lead Qualified).
  • Clearance from a criminal history background check and central registry of child protection required.
  • Experience with Infant and Toddler
  • Infant Teachers Must have taken Shaken Baby, Safe Sleep class, and have CPR or willing to take the course.

Job Duties Include:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the assigned classroom(s), coordination of curriculum planning and implementation, and the documentation of assigned children's developmental progress. The incumbent must also appropriately address or coordinate with the center director/management any relevant information or issues concerning or related to children and their parents/guardians.

Working Conditions:

Working environment subject to bending, crouching or kneeling to assist students and staff; pushing/pulling and lifting of instructional equipment and supplies; sitting on chairs and/or floor; leaning over desks for prolonged periods of time and reaching in all directions; and routinely lifting/carrying supplies, materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to work a shift between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm. Schedules can be mornings or afternoon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
