Lead Toddler Teacher Experience and Associate Degree In Early Childhood . Hours 8:30-to 5:30

Responsibilities:

Do not apply without a degree and must be able to work 8:30 to 5:50 all year.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom

Requirements:
- At least an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, language, science, and physical education
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
