Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool children.
- Plan and execute daily lesson plans that incorporate various learning styles and activities.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in compliance with daycare regulations.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
- Experience working with infant/toddler children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for infants.
