Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education community. In this vital role, you will lead a classroom dedicated to toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and thoughtful guidance. Your enthusiasm and expertise will create a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic, developmentally appropriate curriculum plans tailored to toddler age groups that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical activity.
  • Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence among toddlers.
  • Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address individual needs or concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
  • Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention.
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides, fostering teamwork and professional growth within the classroom setting.

Minimum Requirements: Qualified as a Teacher Associate

Previous experience working with young children for a minimum of 1 Year:

  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
  • 21 College Credits in Early Childhood or Child Development

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
