Lead Toddler Teacher(9:30am to 6:30pm shift)

We are looking for dedicated, hard-working high energy individuals to add to our team. Ability to maintain a professional attitude and work behavior as well as great work ethic. Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting would be preferable . Must be available to work flexible hours, have the ability to relate positively with children, parents and co-workers, and be a team player. Must be willing to observe all state rules and regulations, responsibilities will include implementing daily lesson plans, classroom activities, necessary household duties for classrooms and all common areas, following schedule as set by director, attending meetings and keeping up with required training.

Requirements

Clear Criminal Records Check through BFTS
To achieve necessary training required by BFTS in a timely manner.
Dependable, dedicated, detailed, time oriented and have a love for children.
Attentive to dietary needs of children.

Lead teacher qualification with one of the following:

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
  • Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC)
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • Paraprofessional Certificate issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field other than Early Childhood Education or Child Development and three (3) months of qualifying child care experience;
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development;
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
