Join the Growing Grove Academy team! We are a state-of-the-art daycare and early learning center offering a nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are currently hiring for the following full-time and part-time positions:

Lead Toddler Teacher (Opener)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break

The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 1-2years old.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Implementing and following the “Experience curriculum” age-appropriate researched based curriculum activities and lessons.
• Ensuring the health and safety of all children in the classroom.

• Communicating with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Maintaining classroom cleanliness and organization.
• Adhering to all licensing regulations and safety guidelines.Requirements:

• CDA (Child Development Associate) or equivalent certification (preferred but not required for part-time).
• 2-5 years of experience working with young children.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17- $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
