We are currently seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Child Care Worker to join our team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Position Summary

As a Child Care Worker, you will support classroom teachers in creating a positive learning environment while ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of each child. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Follow daily sanitation and cleaning procedures to ensure a healthy space
• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with teachers and parents
• Assist with emergency communication when needed
• Prepare and serve meals and supervise children during mealtimes
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and health regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of childcare or related experience preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, patient, and compassionate personality
• Willingness to obtain certification and enroll with The Registry
