Toddler Lead Teacher

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our Toddler team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves working closely with toddler-aged children, implementing engaging lesson plans, and supporting their overall development.

Duties

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Foster social skills through group activities and collaborative play.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Skills

• Experience working with children in a preschool or other early childhood setting.
• Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Benefits

Teachers consistently working greater than 25 hours/week for the entire school year will be eligible for retirement, disability, life insurance, and some paid time off benefits. Teachers consistently working 32 or more hours/week will be eligible for more benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and some paid holidays.

Pay: $17.25 - $20.00 per hour
