We are hiring Leader/ Manager- Business Development (#SaaS Product or SaaS Application Sales).

Experience Level: 10+ Years.
Work Location: #Dubai #UAE

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and convert new clients for SaaS products and services.
Strong experience in the Middle East/ GCC regions.
Drive the sales cycle from lead generation through closing, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential leads and opportunities.
Engage in prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, webinars, and networking to generate qualified leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and present customised SaaS solutions to client requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and quotas on a consistent basis.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging SaaS technologies.
Strong B2B enterprise sales experience with an established network of potential clients and consistent achievement of targets.
Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in SaaS business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of software solutions and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
