Primary Responsibilities:


  • Carry out his / her responsibilities in delivering the organization Mission in line under the Leader Sales of the country/Market.
  • Manage directly regional showroom sales and retail channel activities: showrooms, Self-Picking Areas.
  • Responsible for maintaining a fit for purpose, and correctly sized, organization in the sales channels and sales support functions; identifies capability gaps versus short term plans and medium-term strategy.
  • Leads the management team responsible for the key sales channels: DIY, Kitchen & new sales channels (sets strategic direction and drives execution; ex. channel strategies, trade terms, sales activities calendar, etc.)
  • Define pillars of growth per client, per region.
  • Ensure reach of target (Mission) & corrective / recovery actions if necessary.
  • Lead definition of the Client Account Plans with the management team.
  • Manage directly Regional Managers & sales reps on retail channel activities: showrooms, Self-Picking Areas, OTC.
  • Ensure adequate deployment of Display strategy in line with Marketing plans & implement tight follow up.
  • Ensure adequate sales activation / coordination with other sales channels (Projects, DIY, Kitchen) as regards to content, calendar.
  • Define the Field Management plans per clients (KPI’s), & proper individual sales activation plans.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Field Management plans with / by the sales force.
  • Ensure full execution by the sales force, with follow up and tight control (KPI’s)
  • Ensure a full CRM use & reporting on all sales activities by the sales organization.
  • Ensure adequate sales actions with Marketing Department with respect to content & calendar, etc
  • Ensure adequate deployment of Display strategy in line with Marketing plans & implement tight follow up.
  • Ensure adequate sales activation / coordination with other sales channels (Projects, DIY, Kitchen) as regards to content, calendar.
  • Ensure a full CRM use & reporting on all sales activities by the sales organization.
  • Ensure adequate sales forecasting / planning (implementation of programmed orders,) so as to allow advanced & efficient delivery to forecast in coordination with SCM.
  • Lead, manage and develop a world-class Retail & Wholesale Channel.


Qualifications and Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA (a plus)
  • Business fluent English & Arabic language is preferred.


Experience :


  • At least 8 to 12 years of experience in a B2B business - FMCG.
  • Deep & thorough knowledge of the KSA Market.
  • Experienced in managing a big team and external relationships other stakeholders.
  • Coaches, evaluates, develops, inspires people, aligns performance goals with the company targets, provide feedback.
