We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our retail outlet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales, manage a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and monitor team performance
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues professionally
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and regular stock checks
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist in outlet audits and performance reviews
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred)
- Experience: 3–4 years in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
