Leadership Development Specialist Summary

The Leadership Development Specialist will play a crucial role in advancing our organization's mission, values, goals, and initiatives by implementing and overseeing programs that enhance leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness. The specialist will provide one-on-one and group training sessions on various topics to ensure leaders are successful in leading their teams and meeting organizational goals.

Leadership Development Specialist Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resource management, education, organizational development or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience in organization development, leadership development or related field.
• Facilitation experience preferred.
• Instructional designed experience preferred.

Leadership Development Specialist Schedule

• Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday.
• Evenings and weekends as needed.

Leadership Development Specialist Benefits

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
