About Us

6th Sense Marketing Agency is a creative and performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads, Shopify store development, and brand storytelling.
We are looking for a Leads Conversion Executive to manage and convert incoming leads from WhatsApp into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and inquiries received through WhatsApp and social media.
• Communicate agency services clearly and professionally (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shoots, Shopify Store Development, etc.).
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure successful lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams for onboarding new clients.
• Keep proper records of all leads and conversions.

Compensation Structure

• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000/month
• Performance Incentives: PKR 500 per converted client/task (TikTok, Meta, Shoot, Shopify, etc.)

Requirements

• Excellent communication and sales skills (both Urdu & English).
• Confidence in client handling and negotiation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at follow-ups.
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or digital marketing is preferred.
