GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• If you have graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of a university,
• If you are eager to work in a team, innovative, and open to development,
• If you work in an organized way, are detail-oriented, and results-driven,
• If you can take initiative, have strong communication skills, and possess excellent coordination abilities,
• If you are adaptable to flexible working hours,
• If you are fluent in English,
• If you are willing to live in Kütahya or Eskişehir,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the application of lean manufacturing principles in the production area
• Conduct process analyses and develop improvement proposals
• Apply lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, and VSM
• Coordinate the implementation of the Standard Work-Based Education Program (SİBEP)
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on Lean Site Leadership Trainings
• Ensure the adoption of a continuous improvement culture on the shop floor
• Work closely with production and engineering teams
