What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Production who will join Tub Production Team at Ankara Dishwasher Plant .

• Supporting the production in accordance with the daily production plan,
• Validating new product references on the tub lines,
• Identifying bottleneck zones and request program changes,
• Studying quality and cost reduction projects,
• Taking part in Energy-saving projects,
• Reducing the overtime period,
• Supporting work safety studies.
  
  
  

The position is located in Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related departments,
• Master degree is plus
• Having experience in project management,
• Having experience in quality&efficiency improvement project and techniques,
• Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques which are cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending etc. process
• Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision
• Knowledge of reading pneumatic, hydraulic schemes,
• Having experience in managing and implementing energy projects,
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 50001 Standards,
• Responsible for energy management activities, such as reporting, improvement opportunities and targets, etc.
• Responsible for implementation of new technology & green energy system projects, also following sustainability studies,
• Responsible for occupational health and safety improvements in defined area,
• Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
• Leading and/or participating maintenance activities and projects,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong knowledge of Siemens NX program
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
