Lean&Process Management Manager

We are looking for a Lean and Process Management Manager for our client. Our client is one of the leading company in Retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting business studies (such as time and method studies) in stores, production areas and distribution centers,
• Carrying out continuous improvement (KAIZEN) activities,
• Creating and evaluating process flowcharts and determining the right flow and layout,
• Increasing efficiency, reducing costs by developing alternative methods,
• Producing efficiency-enhancing solutions in daily operation,
• Knowledge on quality management tools and techniques,
• Determining the necessary dashboard, scorecard and KPI reports,
• Making business-value stream mapping,
• Carrying out process analysis and improvement projects of our stores,
• Using A3 problem solving and root cause analysis methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering,
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience (preferably including 2 years in a managerial role),
• Previous experience in Lean Management,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with aptitude in building relationships across all organizational levels,
• Self-confident professional with strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities,
• Advanced user of MS Office applications,
• Highly motivated team player, decision-maker, and self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
