Responsibilities:

  • Internal Training Program Coordination
  • Coordinate internal training calendars, cohorts, venues/virtual links, and trainer availability.
  • Manage session logistics: nominations, invites, attendance, materials, assessments, and feedback.
  • Support internal trainers/SMEs with session plans, toolkits, and learning resources.
  • Ensure trainings run as per schedule and maintain consistent learner experience.
  • Follow the process and maintain trackers and data.
  • Apprenticeship, Internship & Early-Career Programs
  • Coordinate apprenticeship and internship cycles end-to-end (planning, onboarding, learning paths, and evaluations).
  • Partner with business teams to define apprentice/intern project allocations and skill goals.
  • Run cohort onboarding sessions, learning bootcamps, and buddy/mentor assignment for interns/apprentices.
  • Track attendance, project progress, learning milestones, performance reviews, and final assessments.
  • Collect program feedback from interns/apprentices, mentors, and managers and share improvement insights.
  • Maintain documentation and dashboards for intern/apprentice conversion readiness and outcomes.

3) External Trainings & Vendor Support

  • Support nomination, approval, and onboarding of employees into external trainings.
  • Coordinate with vendors/training partners for scheduling, participation tracking, invoicing, and completion evidence.
  • Maintain training partner catalog, cost sheets, and utilization dashboards.
  • Track learner outcomes and post-training application where feasible.

4) Certifications & Learning Pathway Support

  • Maintain company certification pipeline and calendar; track eligibility lists and renewal timelines.
  • Coordinate certification prep cohorts, mock tests, and study communities with SMEs.
  • Execute reimbursement processing and recognition workflows within agreed SLAs.
  • Track pass rates and certification impact indicators for reporting.

5) Mentoring, Coaching & Knowledge Sharing Enablement

  • Support mentoring program operations: matching, communication, cadence tracking, and feedback.
  • Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing forums (CoPs, tech talks, brown bags, demos).
  • Ensure sessions are archived and learning artifacts (slides, recordings, notes) are cataloged and accessible.
  • Track contributor participation and community engagement metrics.

6) LMS / Learning Platform Administration & Reporting

  • Manage enrolments, cohorts, and learning pathways on LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Maintain data hygiene: learning hours, completion status, assessment scores, certification evidence.
  • Generate periodic dashboards on participation, outcomes, feedback, and ecosystem health.
  • Provide insights to L&D Manager for continuous improvement.

7) Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Drive communication for all learning initiatives (announcements, reminders, nudges, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate with HRBPs, managers, SMEs, and business leaders for nominations and cohort readiness.
  • Respond to learner/trainer/apprentice/intern queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between L&D and business teams for program execution.

Required Skills:

Functional / Technical

  • Training coordination and program operations experience.
  • Exposure to intern/apprentice/graduate or early-career program coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ILT/virtual/blended training delivery and logistics.
  • Working knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and reporting.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; confident with PPT and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom).

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 Years of experience
  • MBA (HR)
