As TEB - BNP PARIBAS JV, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Learning and Development Department within the Human Resources Group at our Head Office.
Job Description:
Analyze organizational training needs using data-driven insights and translate findings into scalable learning and development projects
Design and continuously improve training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders by aligning business requirements with learning objectives; coordinate with external training providers and subject matter experts
Monitor emerging practices, regulatory changes, legislations, and new products to assess learning impact and proactively structure relevant training initiatives
Plan and manage the annual training calendar by optimizing participant groups, resource allocation, and training materials in line with business priorities
Track and evaluate trainer performance and training effectiveness through defined KPIs; analyze outcomes and prepare insight-driven reports to support continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics or Economics etc.)
5+ years of expertise in Learning & Development
Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes
Closely follows domestic and international trends and developments in the field
Advanced proficiency in English
This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
