Job Description

Analyzing training needs and transforming them into projects

Designing training content in collaboration with stakeholders and coordinating with training providers/trainers

Monitoring new practices, regulatory changes, legislations, and products, and organizing the required trainings accordingly

Preparing and managing the training calendar, groups, and participants, as well as ensuring training materials are developed

Monitoring trainer performance, training results, and efficiency, and preparing related reports
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field

5+ years of expertise in Learning & Development

Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes

Closely follows domestic and international trends and developments in the field

Advanced proficiency in English
