Learning and Development Manager

As TEB - BNP PARIBAS JV, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Learning and Development Department within the Human Resources Group at our Head Office.

Job Description

• Analyzing training needs and transforming them into projects
• Designing training content in collaboration with stakeholders and coordinating with training providers/trainers
• Monitoring new practices, regulatory changes, legislations, and products, and organizing the required trainings accordingly
• Preparing and managing the training calendar, groups, and participants, as well as ensuring training materials are developed
• Monitoring trainer performance, training results, and efficiency, and preparing related reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
• 5+ years of expertise in Learning & Development
• Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation processes
• Closely follows domestic and international trends and developments in the field
• Advanced proficiency in English
