Job Title: Retail Trainer

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Retail Trainer to support the learning and development of store teams across multiple locations. The role is responsible for delivering training programs, enhancing employee skills, and ensuring consistent customer service standards across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for store employees, including onboarding and refresher sessions
• Conduct store visits to identify training needs and performance gaps
• Support the implementation of learning initiatives across all retail locations
• Facilitate sessions on:
• Customer service excellence
• Product knowledge
• Sales techniques
• Company policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking
• Partner with store managers to support team development and performance improvement
• Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and guides
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail training or store operations
• Experience in retail or fashion industry
• Knowledge of training tools and learning platforms
• Age limit : Below 35 years
