Learning and Development Real Estate Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Learning & Development Specialist to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training programs, supporting employee development initiatives, and driving a learning culture across the organization. A deep understanding of regional communication styles and fluency in both English and an additional local language is highly valued for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate effective learning programs that align with business objectives and employee development needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and partner with department heads to address skill gaps.
• Deliver engaging workshops, onboarding sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously enhance program delivery and content.
• Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on learning outcomes and participation.
• Support organizational change initiatives through targeted learning strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar L&D role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English; proficiency in a second widely spoken regional language is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
