UAE Real Estate Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Advisor with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate is well-versed in both off-plan and secondary properties, possesses deep market knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Handle property sales and leasing in both off-plan and ready segments.
• Generate leads through networking, property portals, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and professionally present available units.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, market trends, and project launches.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure in coordination with developers and legal teams.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan projects, freehold areas, and investment trends.
• RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
