Real Estate Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
• Identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments, especially sales, leasing, and property management teams.
• Collaborate with department heads to design relevant training programs.
• Program Development & Delivery:
• Develop and deliver engaging training modules for topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, real estate laws, CRM systems, customer service, and soft skills.
• Create e-learning materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to real estate practices.
• Onboarding & Induction:
• Design and conduct structured onboarding programs for new hires.
• Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and operational procedures.
• Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve training strategies based on outcomes.
• Compliance & Industry Standards:
• Ensure all training programs comply with local real estate regulations (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
• Keep the team updated on market trends, legal changes, and best practices.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and attendance logs.
• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of L&D or training experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
• Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and customer management.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
