Responsibilities

  • Assess training and development needs using various analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Design customized development pathways for employees in partnership with the performance development specialist.
  • Design both online and offline training programs and workshops.
  • Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and professional growth.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze employees' training performance data.
  • Manage the company’s Learning Management System (Talent LMS).
  • Identify and coordinate with external training providers when needed to ensure high-quality learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration or related field.
  • Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver both online and offline training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for evaluating training effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs across various platforms.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs.
