Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist at Integrity, you will deliver training experiences that help new employees build pivotal skills to succeed in their roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will focus on facilitating classroom training and learning programs for talent development. This position reports to the Learning & Development Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive classroom and application-based training for new hires, ensuring sessions are engaging, relevant, and impactful.
  • Assess learner progress through evaluations, testing and feedback surveys; escalating results to management.
  • Create, update, and maintain training folders, participant guides, and other learning resources.
  • Track, organize, and maintain accurate employee training records within the learning management system (LMS) .
  • Support the development of new training content, job aids, and e-learning modules as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommending enhancements to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the success of the department and organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, other related field required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Experience facilitating engaging and informative training
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in an office or corporate environment, ideally in a learning, training, or HR function.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience using a learning management system (LMS) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting training activities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
