Timings: 10 AM- 7 PM

We are looking for a results-driven
Senior Executive – Learning & Development
to support and execute impactful learning initiatives. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support employee growth, performance, and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user access, and reporting.

Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, and leadership development.

Develop high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training guides.

Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to support employee learning and engagement.

Assess learning needs in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend effective training solutions.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.

Support vendor coordination, training logistics, and contribute to L&D communications and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, with hands-on LMS experience.

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in instructional design, content development tools, and Microsoft Office.

Experience in data-driven reporting and evaluation of training effectiveness.

Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
