Learning & Development Specialist
plays a pivotal role in driving this vision by designing and executing impactful learning strategies that build capability, strengthen leadership, and nurture a culture of continuous growth. You’ll work closely with the
Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development
, HRBPs, and business leaders to co-create learning journeys that develop both people and performance. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution — empowering OLXers to learn, lead, and thrive.
What you will do:
>Shape & Execute the Learning Strategy

Design and deliver OLX’s L&D roadmap aligned with business goals and talent priorities
-
Translate strategic priorities into development programs that strengthen organizational capabilities
-
Embed learning as a core enabler of culture, performance, and engagement
>Build Leadership & Talent Development Journeys
-
Design and implement
leadership and high-potential development programs
across levels
-
Partner with the Head of TM & OD to link learning interventions with
succession planning
,
career progression
, and
organization design priorities

Curate partnerships with external universities, consultants, and experts for best-in-class learning experiences
>Drive Capability Building & Continuous Learning

Build frameworks for
functional, behavioral, and future-skill capability development
across teams

Champion digital and blended learning methods — combining virtual, classroom, and experiential formats

Foster a self-led learning culture through campaigns, nudges, and engagement initiatives
>Measure & Demonstrate Impact
-
Define and track key L&D metrics and dashboards (coverage, effectiveness, engagement, ROI)
-
Analyze learning data to identify trends, skill gaps, and areas for targeted development
-
Use insights to enhance program design and business relevance
>Stakeholder Partnership & Learning Governance

Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and the OD team to assess capability needs
-
Manage learning vendors, platforms, and partners for content, facilitation, and technology
-
Ensure governance, quality, and scalability of all learning interventions
What we are looking for:
-
7–15 years of experience in
Learning & Development
or
Organizational Development
roles
-
Strong experience in designing and delivering
leadership and high-potential programs
-
Proven ability to connect learning initiatives to organizational outcomes
-
Hands-on experience with
digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and analytics
-
Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
-
Postgraduate in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
-
Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or facilitation preferred
