QUALIFICATIONS;


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or other social disciplines,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development area,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal and negotiate with individuals from various departments and levels,
  • Excellent analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and reporting skills,
  • Strong relationship management with stakeholders with a close follow-up on deadlines,
  • Strong organizational skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
  • Expertise with MS Office programs.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Designing the required training content in accordance with training needs analysis & competency-based & global,
  • Implementing global learning management system to local,
  • Establishing a training schedule and calendar, in coordination with the relevant departments,
  • Building annual training catalogue, preparing training calendar in line with it and keep up to date,
  • Improving existing training programs according to the recent training evaluation results,
  • Organizing technical & compulsory (e.g. occupational health and safety trainings) trainings,
  • Entering all training records to relevant systems,
  • Following up and updating training data and preparing reports,
  • Developing assessment tools for measuring the results of training and development programs,
  • Searching for third party training companies for external trainings and conducting all delivery process,
  • Monitoring the training programs and taking actions when necessary,
  • Taking an active role in Deloitte Türkiye's wellbeing process,
  • Developing training and wellbeing activities.
