Learning And Development Specialist (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)

We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development Specialist to support training operations, content development, and performance management activities in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Learning & Development initiatives and training programs
• Provide training and learning administration support
• Manage Performance Management administration activities
• Handle and resolve L2 learning-related queries
• Support content development and training materials
• Design and support gamification initiatives to enhance learner engagement
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and goal setting
• Ensure physical presence for kiosks, training sessions, or drives when required

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

🔹 One of the following languages at B2 level (spoken & written):

• German
• French
• Spanish
• Italian
• Portuguese

🔹 English: B2 level (spoken & written)

Required Skills & Profile:

• Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development / Training Operations
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage escalations and work with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
