We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Learning & Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with department heads to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
• Developing learning paths and programs aligned with career growth frameworks.
• Managing internal and external training initiatives.
• Facilitating e-learning and digital training solutions.
• Evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments and dashboards.
• Driving succession planning and talent pipeline developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or similar
• 8-10+ years of experience, specialized in Learning and Development
• Experienced with modern learning platforms and digital tools
• Exceptional communication skills

Due support of Emiratization, only nationals will be considered.
