Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of employee orientation, performance management, and effective training methodologies. The Training and Development Manager will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, and Administrative departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on employee orientation and performance management.
  • Utilize tools for content development and program design to create engaging training materials.
  • Conduct employee evaluations to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage succession planning initiatives by identifying key talent and developing tailored training paths.
  • Facilitate conflict management sessions to enhance employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collect and analyze data related to training outcomes to inform future program adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen required with experience in sales, warehouse, and distribution operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in program design, content development, and data collection methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of working experience required in learning and development, human resources, or training.
  • Experience in a beverage wholesale and distribution services company preferred.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering leadership and management programs across a variety of methods.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
