Learning & Career Development Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs for an audience from graduates to leaders across our globe
  • Support the implementation of global and regional learning initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Incorporate microlearning and social learning

Career Development Enablement

  • Assist employees in creating personalized development plans and career pathways.
  • Provide guidance on available resources, tools, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Facilitate career coaching sessions and promote internal mobility through talent marketplaces.

Data & Insights

  • Leverage learning analytics and AI to measure impact, personalize learning, and predict skill gaps.
  • Use dashboards to track engagement, completion, and business impact metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders to embed learning into the flow of work.
  • Act as a consultant to managers on career conversations and team capability building
