  • Define and steer subsequent improvement plan.
  • Manage training coverage efficiently.
  • TNI and TNA to be done effectively.
  • Review customer complaints.
  • Skill CSEs to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct on-the-job Training.
  • Develop educational material and organize training sessions.
  • Train new hires during induction (customer orientation) in partnership with L&D team
  • Maintaining training dashboard.
  • Monthly review with THs, CHs & Senior Management.
  • Plan and conduct cost effective training activities.
  • Keep self-updated on market trending.
  • Educate team about DHA & MOH expectations.
  • Organize sessions on technical training including business critical topics
