The Role :
We are looking for a seasoned professional who would lead Learning Content Development strategy for a global banking client.
Essential Job Elements:

Provide extensive consulting services for implementing scalable Learning Programs & digital adoption techniques across client business portfolios to meet the ever-changing business needs

Lead a team of content developers and learning specialists; implement learning solutions for large enterprise applications

Conduct research to assess client's organization and industry context.

Implement latest AI technologies, tools, methodologies to design and develop content to suit business and audience needs.

Use Instructional Design principles to oversee creation of learning interventions that are aligned with business drivers and performance requirements

Collaborate with business stakeholders across client portfolios to define, design & execute end-to-end learning strategies & solutions for processes, applications, tools

Identify potential learning technologies and systems to support implementation of learning solutions and interventions.

Facilitate learning workshops, design learning curriculum, training plans, training implementations for users across different industry sectors

Lead a cross-functional team to collaborate with other locations, to leverage best practices and ensure standardization

Incorporate Gamification in the training modules, to enhance engagement and retention of learning

Establish metrics and dashboards that align with customer expectations, to track and evaluate the effectiveness of the training interventions

Conduct feasibility and return on investment review to inform learning solution and intervention design.
Profile and Experience:

15+ years of industry experience in learning, Instructional design, content creation and E-learning platforms.

Ability to evaluate training effectiveness, ROI and make improvements.

Exposure to work on tools like: Articulate Studio, Storyline, Adobe Captivate would be preferred.

Experience in the banking domain is preferred.

Strong Process Knowledge and Compliance to Multiple Audit Postures

Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point & excel are critical for the job
