As we scale, we’re seeking a Creative Design Consultant/Specialist to play a key role in supporting the development of high-quality visual assets across digital, print, video, and experiential media.

This is an exciting role, where you will report to the Creative Design Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. You will contribute your design expertise to enhance brand identity, support learning and development initiatives, and ensure visual consistency across all formats.

Role responsibilities will include:

• Create compelling visual designs that simplify complex concepts and data for a variety of audiences.
• Support the development and maintenance of the L&D style guide and visual identity across delivery formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Assist in the production of digital learning assets, presentations, and multimedia content.
• Apply learning experience design principles to translate complex content into engaging, performance-driven visuals.
• Leverage emerging digital tools and technologies (AI, AR/VR, animation, simulation, microlearning platforms) to create immersive and scalable learning solutions.
• Create modular, reusable design components that accelerate content development and ensure consistency in learner experience.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to creative projects.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Support the Creative Design Manager in coordinating with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates and design components to streamline production.

Who are you today?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in graphic design or visual content creation, preferably in a corporate or learning environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and other compatible or similar animation software preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to translate learning objectives into effective visual solutions that drive behaviour change and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles applied to learning experiences to optimize learner engagement and usability.
• Strong understanding of analytics and evaluation metrics to inform design decisions and improve learning impact.
• Experience in designing for multi-channel, digital-first learning environments, including mobile, web, and hybrid formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and contribute to a fast-paced, creative team environment.
• Consulting experience preferred, particularly in client-facing design projects or learning solutions.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
