Internship Opportunity – Learning & Development (L&D) Department

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to training and development activities within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and preparing training materials and content
• Support in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and learning programs
• Maintain training records and track participant feedback
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the learning experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to people development initiatives
