Job Title : Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and deliver training modules for employees across levels.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales, communication, and behavioural skills.
• Identify learning needs through assessments and coordinate with department heads.
• Measure training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Maintain training documentation, reports, and module updates.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives across the organization.
