PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy that supports business objectives and employee growth.
• Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, HR, and performance evaluations.
• Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, including both in-person and online formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality training solutions.
• Relevant certifications in learning and development are advantageous.
